Service & food awful! Wipe down your nasty booths please.

Is everyone in Jacksonville aware that the so called Famous Amos company went out of business & all the places have been taken over by new owners??? That is why the food & service is sooo bad!!! Almost all the cooks, servers & managers have left. The new owners might as well close down now before they start losing all their money. The cooks don't care how they put the food out- we found that at another location also! Sorry to have seen the real Famous gone.

The Food is always good. BUT THE SERVICE AT LUNCH WAS TERRIBLE. I WAS ABOUT TO POUR MY OWN DRINKS. AND WHEN THE BILL WAS GIVEN TO ME IT WAS WRONG. $18.98 Split has never been $10.48 They charged me twice for a drink i was about to pour myself. FA has been around for a long long time really should have this figured out.

I and my comrades frequent the Cesery blvd location frequently and have never had a problem. The food is good and the hostesses are friendly and accommodating.

First, my husband and I both had a huge breakfast that we couldn't finish and coffees and the bill was only $12! The food was really suprising. I had a dish with scrambled eggs, veggies, and home fried potato. The hubby had pancakes and eggs. Everything tasted fresh. The ambiance isn't high class, but the decor is cozy and clean.
