Ordered 2 McMuffins at drive-thru, no Canadian Bacon, because it is always as tough as rubber at this location. Got home and although there were individual labels on each stating No canadian bacon , both sandwiches had Canadian Bacon and NO CHEESE. I had to drive back to get the correct sandwiches, and received no apologies, only snide, sarcastic attitude. This is probably the 10th incorrect drive-thru order we have dealt with from this store in the past year, and going inside is usually no better, as everyone is walking around liking chickens with their heads cut off. The manager of this restaurant deserves to be fired, and the owner needs to actually starting caring and hiring decent employees, not her friends and family members. If you walk into a McDonald s with a picture of this owner on the wall...run!
Not only is this individual restaurant horribly slow and inefficient, the owner of this entire chain has management that are completely apathetic. Problems are NEVER addressed when reported to the main number, dine-in orders pile up like something out of a movie (I have seen as many as 20 receipts, with customers names written on them, scattered and unfilled on the counter at once), and drive-thru orders are very frequently inaccurate. Calling the main number or the restaurant is met with rudeness and unprofessionalism at every turn. The lady who (according to their signage) owns this chain of franchises needs to turn them over to someone who gives a durn and can actually get orders accurately and efficiently out the door at this location. We will now drive all the way to the McDonalds at Normandy and Cassat just to avoid dealing with the predictable problems at this one.
