Went to Angelo's last night and was not impressed. The salad was very good. The bread chewy, the chicken and eggplant were very overcooked. Our server, Brittney was excellent. The price was in line with other Italian restaurants but the food wasn't as good nor was there as much. Next time we go Italian we will go to Tonino's Trattoria (always excellent), Fontanas or Carrabba's. You should also try Al's Pizza in Riverside.

Fantastic italian, cant tell it has changed ownership over the years-been going after GA-FL game since 1970's. Consistent quality, menu has variety, location easy to find. Garlic bread rolls stuffed with pepperoni and cheese are worth driving for. Clean place, too.

My husband and I have been to Angelo's many times. We have taken family and friends to dinner there as well and they always enjoy the food and the people who work there. We also recommend it to everyone we know. If you love Italian, you need to go there. We have tried almost everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. The De Angelo salad has to be the best salad you've ever eaten. Try it I know you will love it as much as we do.

The salads, pasta, and pizza were true Italian cuisine with a down home flair. Since we had a big party we tried almost everything and were very grateful that there is a good Italian restaurant in JAX. A most enjoyable meal that I would recommend this restaurant to others.

My husband and I visited Angelo's a few weeks ago & It was amazing! It just recently re-opened after being closed for a few years, and nothing has changed. The bread was the most amazing bread I have ever eaten. I would recommend this place to anyone who's in the mood for some really, really well done italian.

everything was fantastic. everyone was friendly. it was all good. The whole family enjoys this place. Ages 11, 15, 17, 35, and 36. There's something on the menu to satisfy any/every-one.

I was excited when I drove by and saw the sign that said they delivered (we order take out a lot). I wanted a small cheese pizza (they only had large and XL). So I asked how much the lg would be - $10, I thought a little pricey, but ok. Then I asked for a Chicken Caesar salad, and how much it would be and the young lady said $6, I thought great. In about 30 minutes the delivery guy shows up. I looked at the receipt and noticed I was charged $24. I called and spoke with the manager, explaining that I was expecting $16 +tax. He asked me what I ordered, I told him, and he said $10 for the pizza and $11 for the salad and a $2 delivery charge fee. I told him at no point did anyone mention a delivery charge and explained that the young lady told me the salad would be $6, and he apologized, and sorry it

Went to Angelo's last week for lunch and was impressed with the speediness of service and also the food! I was in and out in an hour and that was with an appetizer and lunch entree. I really enjoyed and highly recommend the fetticini alfredo which had a slight pesto sauce around the edges which was very unique and different from other alfredo sauces. Also, the pasta tasted homemade and fresh. It was delicious. I want to try their pizza, though, next time perhaps! Their dinner menu is even larger then their lunch menu, but I was impressed with the amount of choices on the lunch menu. The garlic bread is to die for!
