Shells, Daytona Beach

This was our second trip to the restraunt. The first time we left because there was an hour wait. This time we went early on Saturday evening, and the service was awful. When we were seated we were handed our menus and told the specials by the hostess. By the time the waiter had gotten to us to take our drink order we had already looked over the entire menu (remember this is the first time we had seen it) and decided on what we wanted to order. When he took our order, he didn't offer an appetizer, a salad, or a desert when we were finished with dinner. Dinner came with bread, which had a strange taste to it. The menu listed the Shrimp Mezzo Mezzo as having a tomato and garlic white wine cream sauce. I knew there was cream and tomato in it because of the color. I was surprised that the grilled shrimp that my friend ordered was more like bbq shrimp. The mixed vegetables that came the grilled combo could have come from any grocery store. Over all I could have cooked better food myself for the price, and I get better better service from any fast food drive thru.
