Dine in the comfort of the richly decorated restaurant and relax on the beautiful garden patio and witness a breathtaking view of the Halifax River. Open Wednesday through Saturday for dinner only and Sundays for brunch only.

New to Daytona and went to Chez Paul's for my birthday. Food was fabulous, service impeccable and received complimentary glass of champagne and a rose. They didn't miss a beat, everything was superior... from the bread to the dessert. Can't say enough good things about this place, and we've been to lots of fine dining over the years. Can't wait to go back. It was a wonderful experience.

Intimate Fine Dining

If you like a small, intimate restaurant where the chef-owner gives you personal service and attention, this is for you. Want something special? Just ask! If he has the ingredients, he'll make it for you. Want your dinner cooked a special way...again, just ask. Add in equisite service from a small, veteran staff and you have the quiet, relaxed gourmet dining experience that's a bit hard to find in this area. A little on the pricey side, so leave the kids at home.

Gourmet food in a relaxing atmosphere

We had our anniversary dinner at Chez Paul, and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere! The pace of the dinner was not rushed and we were able to actually talk quietly, undisturbed by small children because the restaurant is mainly geared for adults. The food was delicious and I highly recommend Chez Paul to anyone who wants to actually DINE! (Semi-casual dress)

Never judge a book by it's cover!

My husband and I are from Illinois and decided to celebrate our 15th anniversary in Daytona. I looked on the internet for a special place to have dinner and ran across the Chez Paul site. I booked reservations online and from that moment you knew that they take care of their customers. They responded quickly and said they were looking forward to helping us celebrate. When we arrived I was suprised to see that it was smaller than I thought it would be. But, after we entered it was obvious that Paul and our waiter Jerome have big hearts and love what they do. They were incredible! The food and wine were incredible(Filet Oscar)! Not to mention the extra little suprises, including the rose that Jerome gave me at the end of our time there. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and definately will go back the next time we are in Daytona!It was by far the best meal and service that we have had! Thank you! Albert and Kim
