Crabby Joe's Deck & Grill, Daytona Beach

We thought the food was excellent but our service was awful. As a business owner I know that the service provided is the key element to returning customers. We had to ask for drinks and everyone seated after us got their food before us although their parties were same size or larger than ours (we had 4 adults and 1 child). When finally did get our food our daughter was almost asleep because we had been there for about 3 hours. I had to wait on water to eat my food, by the time the water came my food was ice cold. I tried to talk to someone when were leaving to tell her about our experience and she mocked me, not to mention she said she was in management. A manager is supposed to set an example instead she said well for good food you have to wait. WHAT???!!! REALLY!!!

Loved this place. Great music (loud though), A talented young man makes balloons for each table for the kids and some women. Wife ate the grilled chicken and I ordered seafood. It was very good. Perfect walking location. Great atmosphere. Take $40.00 for a normal meal for two and you will be just fine. Not a place for romantic dinners. It s hopping. Coming back in July from Indiana. Service was best to be expected while being so crowded.

Great atmosphere, don t expect a lot out of the food but very decent for pier food. Bar tenders were nice. My wife and I go the bar for the beer, wings and the view.

Food was not great and the service was lousy. The waitress took forever with our order and the check. I dont know how many times I had to ask for the check. The whole time she was socializing with the customers rather then doing her job.

GREAT VIEW, GREAT FOOD, GREAT SERVICE!!! WE WILL BE GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE SOON!!

Very reasonably priced with great views. A 'cool' place. The food was above average. Fun bar.

I'm just 13 and I went to Daytona beach for a long weekend. We were in walking distance from Crabby Joe's so I decided to go alone. They said I could take a seat any where and it was nice outside of course so I sat at a table outside. Someone working there said that he'd get a waiter and within 5 minutes tops I had a waiter. I ordered a sprite and a burger and in another 15 minutes TOPS i had my burger. I promise you, it was the BEST burger I ever had and i've been to many famouse places KNOWN for their burgers. It had the perfect amount of salt and pepper. I'm still trying to find the recipe but im pretty sure its just simply the having right amount of everything. Anyway, It was very good. so, then i went to the front and got some pretty good ice cream and pretty quick too. then, i went to the giftshop out back and got a necklace. When I got back to the hotel i told the rest of my family that we should go there the next day and we did. The next day I tried alligator for the first time and THAT was pretty good too. All in all it was a great place.

A few friends and myself were riding the Ormond Loop and some one suggested Crabby Joe's. Never been so we headed back down to Daytona Beach. They have good food, good service and an awsome view. I will tell any one who is in the area to go visit and grab a bite.

Was vacationing with family when we found Crabby Joe's during christmas 08. The food was absolutely amazing. Everyone had great food but only a good time, because even during the slow part of the day it was hard to get good customer service during both visits we made.
