Cara the General Manager was an absolute delight. She made us feel like family. The food was incredible and well timed. The service was extremely friendly. Chef Brian, even came over to the table to talk ot us! Overall things couldn't have been better. I highly recommend this restaurant to anybody.

i have at el santiago club , the food and service was so good to be true,the staff and management are very socialable,brian the chef comes out to talk his guest ,ask question about your meal,i think his style of cooking is tasty and different. this resturant have the highest recognition in the villages. i am village resident.............dave and sabena

I would compare the quality of food to The Hilton but the prices are more like Olive Garden.

Way Exceed Expectations!!!!

We threw a suprise party at the El Santiago Club that was absolutely amazing. From there wait staff all the way to the personalilzed attention of the chef and general manager. Food was excellent! Thanks again for a great job - we will defintely be seeing you again soon.
