I hve been going to your restaurant for some very good meals, for quite awhile. The service isn t the best, but your menu more than made up for that. Then last Saturday, we were just finishing up and the ladies were clearing the table from a large group, seperating tables and one of the napkin holders fell to the floor. All the napkins hit the floor, and a lady we took as a manager, gave the waitress a dirty look, and the waitress picked up the napkins, put the in the holder, and set it back on the table. They finished clearing the tables, got everything inorder and went onto other things. The dirty napkins were left for the next customer to use. We will not be back, good food or not, it just makes you wonder, what goes on in the kitchen? You really need to solve this problem, or you will lose other customers. The amount we spend want make or break you, but with a manager allowing this, what else does she allow?
