Cheddar's Casual Cafe, Columbus

I love the restaurant. The food is very delicious, worth remembering. We go frequently and never have I been let down with the service, wait time, or quality of food and their portions. The prices are very reasonable and the menu options are versatile; not to mention the restaurant is very beautifully designed and well kept.

I really like to speak with someone in the above the managment. It was my duaghters 17 birthday a party of 30. we waited over 2 1/2 hours and only10-12 people were seated and were never served while the other people still waited.I asked Nick Green the manager on duty for the cooperate number and he told me that he dosen t have it, that i would have to go on line to get it. we just left because we were going to still have to wait about 10-20 minutes before sitting down. I had to get pizza to feed the people that came out for her birhtday because it was already 10:00 and things where getting ready to close. The birthday was a total wreck thanks to Nick Green and his poor ability to manage Chedder s. Still in need of coorperate number.

Been to this location twice and have had excellent experiences both times. Most recently visited on a Sat evening at 6p and the place was packed yet our wait was less that we were led to expect. You know how these things are. One week their well managed, the next week it s a whole new ballgame. Whoever was managing it on 5/12/12 has their act together.

LOVE IT! Food Is GREAT Customer Service is GREAT If you plan on going on a Friday Or Saturday night- Better get there before 5 because if not It's VERY Crowded!

I used to go to the Cheddar's in Harker Heights, TX... The food is great and it's very affordable. I'm from the DC area and we don't have any Cheddar's up there. I've been telling my husband about Cheddar's forever. We are in Columbus, GA and I am finally going to be able to take him this Sunday for Father's Day. He is a steak man and I know he will be satisfied. :-)

This is my favorite rest. the prices are wonderful & u get more than enough 2 eat..the cajun catfish is wonderful.

the food is reasonable service leaves alot to be desired and the sour sewer smell is a BIG TURNOFF if they will do anything about it will decide weather i go back or not

My familys goes there 2 to 3 times a month,the food is great, the service is o.k to good normaly.They seem to have more customers than servers which is the problem for the o.k service.Overall their one of the best as far as price,service and food quaility..

We have gone to Cheddar's 3 different times with different results each time. The 1st time back in Jan 2007 for lunch, the food was great, service was ok, the 2nd time was in March 2007 and the service was beyond poor and the food was still good. We must have gotten a new server who had not gotten any training. The last time was in May 2007 for lunch again. That time was just a fiasco in regards to service. Having worked in the Food Service Industry and having been a trainer, I can tell you that training at this establishment is less than to be desired. I don't care if it is a busy lunch hour or dinner hour.....if a guest states that they are in no hurry and are NOT pressed for time, you don't serve their complete meal all at once...appetitizers, salad, main course, etc you let the guests enjoy each course at their leisure before serving them their next course... I don't like feeling that I am being rushed through my meal or that I and my party are an inconvenience to the server.... Likewise when you see a new server stuggling, you don't close your eyes to it and let the guests suffer, you pitch in and help that fellow employee get out of the weeds. Remember servers, your tips are a reflection on your service. Now would I not tip even with bad service, NO.... but you can darn sure bet I only tipped the min... you give good to excellent service and you can bet your last dollar that I will give 20% or more. Would I recommend this place? No.... not if I was recommending it by service.... however, I can't fault this restaurant on the food. Good food makes the restaurant, however Good Service keeps the cliente coming back.
