Takes FOREVER just to place an order, even longer in line, then when you pay, you wait more, then they tell you to pull forward. The customer service is pretty good but the 20 minute wait (no joke) is outrageous. It doesn't matter if it breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner it always takes way too much time.

When we got our food, our order was all wrong. They put tomatoes and pickles on the one we said not to and onions on the other one we said not to. I ordered a toasted sourdough burger and the bread was not toasted at all. I sent it back to be toasted and it sat on the food pickup counter for about 10 minutes before they took it back into the kitchen. When I finally got my burger it was cold. We (2 people) were the only people in the restaurant during this whole time. There were about 3 cashiers, and three cooks.
