Giulio's Greek & Italian, Valdosta

Giulio's Greek and Italian Restaurant...located near VSU one of the most best kept secrets in Valdosta dining. Great atmosphere, light music, candles, romantic, and some of the best Greek and Italian food you can find anywhere in the country! Very affordable, great location, and simply the best food in town.

I ate there last night for the first time. The restaurant is in an old partially restored home near VSU. It smells dank and moldy on the inside, kind of like the home of a really old person. The service was very slow, waiter was very nervous. It took an hour to receive our entrees though the appetizers came out fairly quickly. The food itself was good. We had spinach pie and dolmades for appetizer, and both were excellent. For main course we had swordfish with a crab alfredo sauce and spinach, and chicken piccata. Both of these were pretty good too. The weak link with Giulios is the slow service and musky smelling old house. The food itself was quite tasty.

Awesome....Great food, great service. Always have a great meal everytime we go. You won't be dissappointed no matter what you order.

The building is an old partially restored home full of old house charm. The food is always delicious. We have been there many times for special occassions and have not been disappointed. They offer a greek dinner that includes appetizer, soup, salad, main dish, dessert and wine all for a very reasonable price.

My husband is a very finicky eater and he loved it here-nice ambiance, great food and good service!

The atmosphere is great. It is a nicely renovated older structure with wood floors and interesting floorplan. The dining spaces are tastefully decorated. The Greek & Italian menu offers a good variety of choices, making this a more adventurous dining experience. For people who seek very authentic Greek and Italian cuisine Giulio's may fall short, but everyone else should find it very enjoyable.

Average food and atmosphere. Nothing to brag about, typical Valdosta local restaurant.

If you have ever been to a real greek resturaunt (with stuffed grape leaves that blow your mind)... don't come. This is so valdummster wanna be. The atmosphere... nice... the food... horrible!!! Typical Valdumster, GA.

Its an ok place, the sangria is good but the food is more average than fantastic. Its a nice little place if you've not too worried about awesome food. Romantic with some decent wine. Desserts are VASTLY overpriced for what you get. I got the veal marsala and was not impressed, other people in my table had varying results with their food... I'll go again because is close but I wouldn't go out of my way to go.

First time there, and the food was wonderful. Everything we had was very tastful. Will return again. It was a wonderful old house with such charm.
