Zaxbys is very addictive. It's a must have if your in the Savannah area. The service is slow but it's work the wait. Different kinds of dips. (You'll want to try them all.) Make sure you get the large Sweet Tea.
On Saturday, March 11 in the afternoon [4:15]I stopped at Zaxby's [Savannah,GA-White Bluff Road]to pick-up dinner. When I got there, the line to the cashier was almost to the doors. People were sitting on the benches drinking sodas, they were waiting for their to-go orders. It took about fifteen minutes before my order was taken. After placing my to-go order, I found a booth to wait. I know that it takes time for Zaxby's to complete an order- usually about 15 minutes. I was waiting for thirty minutes for my food. I had a ticket number of 220. After hearing tickets in the 230 range, I went to the cashier to ask if the number had been called. The cashier took the ticket and looked in the kitchen. She said it should be up next. I told her that if the food was not in front of me in two minutes, I was getting my money and leaving. The cashier went to the kitchen one more time- then she asked me if my order was eat-in or take-out. I couldn't believe that she had to ask me that. Af
