Ronnie's Restaurant, Savannah

This USED to be the best place to get a burger and fries. USED to be is the optimum words here. This is under new Management and it is horrible! The burger's are small plus the buns are so stale they fall apart on the first bite! The fries used to be the good old-fashioned steak fries...no longer. You get the thinner, overcooked (hard as a rock) crinkle frries. The milkshake had no taste. The batter did not stick to the onion rings and you are left holding a limp onion ring!! Never again....Bye Old Ronnie's...We will miss you!!!

Great food and atmosphere. Worth trying at the very least, don't listen to people like Ryan Kraus who bash this place and never have even been. :D

Ronnie's is a great place! The shakes are hand made with REAL ice cream, the burgers are hand made, not frozen patties. Reminds me of the places people went in the 50's & 60's where you got a great meal for a good price. Mom & Pop type place. We'll definately be returning soon.
