Upper Crest, Richmond Hill

I think the upper crust is the second best pizza place in Richmond Hill...behind Gianni's. Terrific crust, good sauce plenty of cheese. I do hate greasy limp pepperoni...they need to correct that. Other than that they serve a terrific pie.

This is by far the best pizza we've ever had. Anytime family comes to visit this is where I take them. The service can be a little slow at times, but it is a family owned business. We always order the Fat Boy meat lovers pizza with feta.

i love the Upper Crust food...OMG their pizza is to die for..the service is alil slow but well worth the wait...i moved back to va and plan on visiting the Upper Crust in Richmond Hill this coming April when i visit ga!!!

Worse experience ever! Never Again! Husband had eggplant parmesean and eggplant was too hard to eat. It wasn't breaded and fried the way everyone else fixes it, just thrown in gravy raw. We informed the waitress that my husband couldn't eat it....she in turn spoke with owner or management and we were told that $1.00 would be taken off the bill!! What a slap in the face!! We were dumb founded! No offer of something that might be EDIBLE!! My poor husband left with a small salad and spaghetti in his tummy. Even the waitress was embarassed. In all fairness, my food was O.K. but Prices are too high for a place like that. Seat yourself, slow..slow service and waited forever for a check. This business clearly does not care for it's customers!

while it took quite a bit of time, the service was excellent, and the pizza was OMG! We ordered 'Greek' style pizza & it was by far the best pizza we've ever had. We also ordered the fried cheesecake & it was perfection. It is a tiny place, go expecting to wait...but well worth it. we only can compliment the service, and the food....if they work on getting faster at getting the food to you (we waited over 30 mins!) it will be a success for sure!

The service wasn't stellar and the food was average... If I were going to eat here again it would just use their take-out.

Id have to agree that prices are a little to high. The pizza is good but other italian dishes lack big time on the taste. Id go more often if they werent so expensive.
