I ATE HER TWICE. THE SHEPHERDS PIE WAS VERY GOOD. THE SALADS ARE EXCELLENT. I REALLY APPRECIATE THE SIGN OUT FRONT SALUTING THE CHIEFS OF AMERICA. IT MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS WORTH SOMETHING. CLEAN RESTAURANT. WILL DEFINITLY BE BACK.
Before going to Savannah, we checked out a few places that we were interested in and this was one. And it was definitely a good choice. For lunch I had a cup of Irish soup w/half of a grilled reuben. It was the perfect amount. Great friendly service and great food. What more could you ask for?
What a wonderful old Tavern, a must when you visit Beautiful Savannah. Great Service , Great Food, the Rubens are to die for! Bartenders are friendly and make you feel very welcome. Be sure to drop in the inside is worth seeing.
This is a must for us everytime we visit Savannah, great irish food. Corn Beef is great but they do not have horseradish sauce for us that like it with our corn beef. The Irish Stew is really good and they have great selection of beer on tap. On a side note, if you get a soda there is no refill.
My husband & I went there for our anniversary in June & we loved it. The potato soup & brown bread is out of this world & the service was great. We will be returning to Savannah in October & we can't wait to visit Kevin Barry's again. Being of Irish descent-I love getting a little taste of my heritage.
A guy named Gabriel Donahue was performing the other night, an amazing guitarist and singer, we were told he played with the Chieftains for years. We had a great night and will watch to schedule to go and hear him again. This pub is a gem, not many like it in my travels through the U.S.
My wife and I went to Savannah for our anniversary last fall and we loved this place. Went their for dinner and enjoyed it so much, the next day we had lunch too. People we're very friendly and prices/portions of food we're great great.
