Very slow service. It was slow getting seated, slow to order drinks, slow to get drinks, slow to get salads, slow to get entrees, etc. We were there over two hours. There were numerous empty, but not cleared, tables near us. They did apologize, but things definitely weren t working as they are supposed to.
Went to Red Lobster for my birthday because the advertisements make the food look so good. This was some of the sorriest seafood I have eaten in a long time. I ordered the shrimp and Lobster tail dinner. If You like salt and garlic and I mean lots of it then you would enjoy this dish but all it did for me was have me drink at least 4 glasses of water with my meal which I had a hard time with the waiter keeping my water glass full. We did have the crab cakes as our appetizer and they were very good. It will be a long time and maybe never before I go back to Red Lobster again. We also ordered the Admirals Feast and It all taste the same. The shrimp looked like and tasted like cardboard. I was and am so disappointed in this meal. Your advertisement sucks because you surely don't get what you ordered. The meal was gross and I mean really gross. If this is what they call seafood then I no I will never go back. Nasty really NASTY
We went to Red Lobster to celebrate my Wife’s very special 60th birthday. I told the waiter that we were celebrating her birthday and her only request was to go to the Red Lobster. The waiter informed us that they no longer gave a complimentary free desert on Birthdays or other special occasions. We have gone to many Red Lobsters in the past in celebration of different occasions and have always been rewarded with a complimentary desert to share. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE CELEBRATING A SPECIAL OCCASION AND WANT TO BE TREATED AS SOMEONE SPECIAL .
