Skipper's Fish Camp, Darien

Our family recently dined at Skippers for our parents anniversary. The service was poor. We had to get up and find napkins and silverware. Many in our party did not have the opportunity for drink refills. The food was mediocre at best. Our complaint is mainly about the quantity (or I should say lack of quantity) of food. My dad ordered a platter of half shrimp, half oysters. He got 8, maybe 10 fried shrimp at the most and only one fried oyster! My brother ordered a large shrimp platter and had possibly 8 to 10 shrimp. We expected to get more for the price we paid. Needless to say we were very disappointed and have no plans to return, ever! There are much better seafood restaurants in the area.

I drove from W. Michigan for this great fish shack! Better than any place on the Grand River!

My favorite seafood in south GA!! I have to go here every time I visit my mom in Brunswick. The seafood is fabulous and the side dishes are delicious.

Very good lunch experience, good food, well done and good service. Would recommend and go back again.
