Little Caesar's Pizza, Richmond Hill

Since about a year or so ago,(not sure what changed)but the pizza has been terrible. They burnt our 2 pizzas so we had to wait about 20 min for new ones and they still charged us for the freakin dipppin sauce(.50). They are often cold as well and have been really cheap with the cheese. Other little ceasers are like this. The people there are always playing around and not professional at all. Last 3 times we have been there we had problems. We even called ahead 3 hours befor close and were told they stopped taking orders for the night. They are always out of their seasoning packets.
