Aunt Effie's Restaurant, Ringgold

I have not eaten at Aunt Effies since 1993, but I loved it so much. I use to eat there 3 times a week when I worked in Ringgold. The best Hummingbird Cake I have ever eaten!!!

I love going to Aunt Effie's, there food is excellent, the people that work there are always nice, and the food there is so good. It is one of my favorite places to eat in town..

Please don't stop at those fast food restaurants. Aunt Effie's is home-style cooking at it's best! The service is fast and friendly and the food is yummy.

I love this place. Never get tired of eating there. They have such a large menu it is hard to decide. The Fried Chicken Fingers (Tenders) are absolutely the best anywhere. Just tried Effie's Frisco Melt for the first time and loved it. My only complaint is that they are not open on weekends. I definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Aunt Effies is the best place to eat. I have never had a bad thing from there. Someone sure knows how to cook!!! The new paint job is great.

Great country food at a good price, you definately get more than you pay for. I've eaten there many times and have never had a bad experience there.

Had high expectations based on word of mouth about this place. The food was greasy and rather bland as I recall. I wouldn't be able to recommend this place based on my last experience of dining there. The feel of the restaurant was a little worn around the edges. The ceiling tiles toward the back of restaurant (where we sat) was in need of replacing as they were really dirty. Service was a little slow as well. The folks were nice there and I can see that they have their regulars there and the appeal of good priced meals. I will certainly give it another try though and report back! Thank you.
