I've been on a search my entire life for the Holy Grail of barbeque. This might not be it but getting very close

I love the North Georgia Barbecue Company. Their BBQ is the best around. They also serve burgers that are out of this world. Friendly atmosphere. Excellent prices. They have outside dinning. Next door to local tubing and the river. Best place in Helen to bring your kids. I also love the fact that is your pants hang down past your under paints they will NOT serve you. I suggest you go check them out. I also love the owners.

Best BBQ ever. We drive almost 3 hours to get it when the craving hits. YUM.

It's a little bit hidden off the main strip, but this is awesome barbecue! It's a tiny place where you eat outside, but I've never had anything bad off the menu. Highly recommended for good BBQ!

Got to get the pig melt. Two pieces of buttered and grilled texas toast, cheese, barbeque and sauce. It's to die for. If you put a piece of death by chocolate and pig melt in front of me I would choose the pig melt! It's that good. We go to Helen 4 or 5 times a year and I ALWAYS eat a pig melt at North Georgia Barbeque.

Some of the best BBQ around. The Owner, Wes, does an excellent job at taking care of his patrons. He really cares about peoples needs when it comes to the quality of his BBQ and to his catering. He took good care of our offroad club, the SXFC at our last Oktoberfest get together. I highly recommend North Georgia BBQ. Mark SXFC Board of Directors
