Tucked away in the corner of a street, Ria's Bluebird is the best thing to have happened to the denizens of Atlanta since sliced bread. Touted to serve the best pancakes in the Atlanta for breakfast, Ria's is also renowned for its chicken salads and homemade jams. Check out their inventive egg, potato and mushroom creations or the popular pepper turkey and the corned beef. The look here is hip, casual and comfortable with wooden-flooring and lighting that infuses a scintillating glow on the tables. Sip a drink at the bar or better yet, perch yourself outdoors and enjoy the warm breeze. Truly the best breakfast and brunch destination in town.
Right next to Six Feet Under, there is a little (and I do mean little) breakfast shack that serves wonderful pancakes. I absolutely love their pancakes, and the cozy booths make breakfast worth eating. Again, I am thankful that Ria's Bluebird chose to land in downtown!
i love ria's bluebird. it is adorable inside and out, the food, coffee and tea are amazing. the waitstaff is friendly and ria has to be the coolest person on the planet. there are lots of vegetarian options too by the way, i recommend the banana pancakes
I had breakfast here with a friend. It was a nice little coffee/breakfast nook that offer different things on the menu that you wouldn't think about eating. I saw a lot of tofu, soy, and something I want to try next time, A sweet potatoe cake. Not things I would normally eat but if you are a vegan it's a good deal. I had the traditional breakfast which was good including the biscuits but I also tried the pancakes with the carmelized bananas. They were excellent and tasted just like banana pudding. I would definitely return to this place.
My wife and I stopped by Ria's for a quick breakfast last weekend. The specialties are brisket & poached eggs, grits and vegitarian dishes. Lunch menu looked good but not as nice as breakfast. It's a small place and you will probably have to wait for a seat, even at the bar. The young waiters are very friendly and tatooed!
