Maggiano's - Italian Catering & Restaurant, Atlanta

Eating in this restaurant was completely frustration for us. Good service means not only big smile and fast servicing food! It must be a good food! I asked replace the salad and bring new one without vinegar, they easy washed ingredients in salad with water (even cheese) and serve me again, instead of making a new salad! My friend and I never will come back to this place!

Excellent service. Bartenders are the BEST in America. Bartenders Justin, Jacob, Corey, and Heath. I eat dinner at the bar, fast service everytime!!.

The Service --EXCELLENT The ATmpsphere- EXCELLENT THE PASTA_ HEAVENLY THE DESSERT-- OMG WONDERFUL ***CALL AT LEAST 2 DAYS AHEAD AND MAKE RESERVATION OR U WILL WAIT AT LEAST AN HOUR*** I went for my girl's birthday and this was the 4th Maggian's we've been to. BY FAR THE BEST. All of them are great but this one took the cake. I had rustic chicken and shrimp with roasted red peppers and Asiago cheese sauce and she had Famous Rigatoni D ( chicken Marsala) so good we came back befor we left and they remembered us. The manager was so nice he gave us free deserts for coming back so soon. I am sold on this Maggiano's being the smoothest run and best tasting in history. YAAAY GO MAGGIANO'S

This is a great resturant and very family friendly for most...We dined here on 9/17 for my moms 51st bday...We had a party of 9 5 adults four kids under the age 5...Our server handle it with his eyes closed!!! He made us very welcomed and accomdate our every want without a sigh...One person from management kept eyeing our party reminding us we were a huge party I think without a welcoming smile but we ignored it...Andre was Awesome and my mom had a great time and enjoyed the food!!! A great experience over all!!! I have dined here before and it was the first for everyone except on of my siblings...Kudos to Andre!

We had lunch catered in our place of business for about 50 people on Monday. The food was excellent. I would recommend highly. Cornell was so helpful and made the experience so easy. Will definitely use again.

I'd eaten at their VA outlet, which led us to this location when visiting GA. The service was top notch (even with a trainee waiter in tow). We got the family dinner and left fully satisfied. We couldn't even eat dessert (but we did take it home). They also had a nice wine selection.

Food was a microwaved lasagne. Service was distracted, even when we were directly responding to the waiters questions. Check had phantom additions, which when challenged were removed, but our Credit Cards were still swiped for the original amounts. Neglecting to challenge TWICE, I just reduced the tip accordingly, leaving it at a still-generous 15%. Days later I found on my credit card statement that the waiter had taken the liberty of increasing his tip without my consent. That says it all really.

Staff was not friendly. Service was slow, very slow. We had to ask several times about the drinks we ordered. The food was not fresh and the salmon was terrible. Nothing was worth the price we paid. We will never go back and will not ever refer anyone.

The food was out standing and service was second to none. Our wait even on a Saturday evening was a very reasonable 30 min. The servings were huge and my daughter and I split one dish and had plenty to eat. The entire wait staff were attentive without being intrusive. I'd recommend this place to anyone any time.

I have been here 3 times and every time has been so special. I've always gone for birthdays and they make you feel so special on your birthday. Great service, great host, great management, wonderful food! I love it. they're very popular and very busy - best to make reservations - but they are so good at taking care of their customers! it is expensive but worth it! if u have a big family or celebration - go there they have a great deal for large parties called family meal!!
