Well unfortunately I didn't even have the opportunity to taste the food at Vespuccis. I placed an order for a very large catered event and was quoted a price by a very nice employee that was very accomodating. He informed me his boss (the owner) would call me the next day to confirm the order and make suggestions to possibly make my dolar go even further. I was called back the next day by the owner just as the nice employee had promised. The owner proceeded to make feel as if I was out of mind regarding the price I expected to pay and was quoted. Mind you it was a price we have payed as we tour state to state so I know it is reasonable. How much can it cost to boil a giant tub of noodles put it in a giant pan and pour a giant bottle of sauce over it and send it out the door? No cleaning plates, no bringing the food to the table, just out the door! To top it off he had to mention that Vespuccis isn't even open Saturday!?? That would have been nice to know before I waited another whole day to place an order at another establishment, hhhmmmm. I made a call to a place by the name of Maggiano's that took care of me well within my budget! They also threw in all the plates, forks, bread, cheese, etc. at no charge!!!! See it is possible Ray.
In closing I feel that any business owner that treats a potential client like they are crazy after being quoted a price by their own employee should do some introspection. You will not get our business in any of the years to come.
