Went there for a conference in October-ordered Chicken fahitas-15.00-I m not one to complain but this one of the most horrible meals I have ever eaten. Chicken came out-apparently already cooked and just cut up in slices-absolutely no seasoning-very few onions and peppers-not cooked and tough. The re-fried beans came in a bowl as some type of soup and was barely palatable. I complained and waitress was apologetic-no discount given-this was not my goal. awful awful awful!
Stay away. We live in Atlanta but rarely go downtown, however we had friends staying downtown so we met them at Mama Ninfa's for our first (and last time) there. I ordered Fajitas and they charged extra for every little thing that should come with a fajita. Examples: .99 cents for lettuce, $1. for cheddar cheese - for the fajita. Really? Doesn't that stuff normally come with a fajita? This is just my example; everyone at the table had a similar experience and upcharge. This place nickle sand dimes out-of-towners staying at hotels.
The food is just average and it's over-priced. Go somewhere else.
My experience with this Mama Ninfa's was not a pleasant one. There are no prices listed on the menu AT ALL and once you get your bill for 3 so call lunch special which total $32.00, you would have throught you were ordering steak and lobster from a 5 star restaurant and the food was not even that GREAT! And when you ask how much was each meal you get different prices from the waiter, waitress, the host, and the manager! I would not recommend this place for anyone especially for lunch and I would hate to see how much a meal would cost at dinner!
