Unique dishes with excellent southwestern flavor
We went here for Christmas in 2005. As soon as we entered, we were immersed in the unique atmosphere. The architecture is really stunning, with three tiers of dining space in a semi-circle adjacent to full height windows (although I think this may be why it seems a bit noisy - this configuration doesn't dampen the sound). The fish was really good - it wasn't your fad-type southwest food (moe's, etc.), the flavor was much more intense and complex introducing in many fresh vegetables and fruits. A variety of delectable breads were provided with the meal. The only downside was the price, but for a special occasion, it's worth the experience.
