Nasty, lying manager Gail ruined Pizza Hut. I had a store credit because they messed up my order a couple months prior, and when I went to redeem it, she said she had no record of it, and then went on to tell me that since it was a couple months ago, the credit wouldn t be accepted anyways. When I asked if she was saying that their credits expire she said yes, and it s a corporate thing. I then asked if she could just give me that credit, and she said that if she gave me a $5 credit, she would lose her job. I then inquired is she was serious that as a manager of the store, she d loose her job over a $5 credit, she said yes. After a little more probing, her story started to change, and when I pointed out that she had just lied to me, she got verbally aggressive (bordering on abusive) and then hung up. Ultimately, it s slightly below-average pizza and wings, but the completely unprofessional attitude and behavior of the manager ruins the place. I d suggest everyone go down the road to any of the other pizza and wing places and avoid the low-class establishment.
