Probably the worst dining experience we have ever had. I should have read the reviews before going. It was every bit as bad as they stated if not worse. They service was bad, the food was mediocre at best. I would not was my money. The time stated it opened at 11 it really didn t open until 12. It took 40 minutes to get food. Terrible.
The place opens at 8 am, I was there at 7:59 am! I was so excited to have a warm and fresh breakfast biscuit!! But to my dismay, not only was the staff unfriendly and definitely let me know that they were not open yet (1 minute, give me a break), but the biscuit had to be from yesterday or the day before)! Disgusting!! I threw it away!
Had to rate this, they don't even deserve the 1 star!!
This is great BBQ. I read an article on Atlanta's Top 10 BBQ spots and wondered how this one missed getting on the list. The service may not be five star, but I don't go there for the service. I also agree that they skimped on the sauce the last time I ordered take out and I'll be sure to ask for extra next time. But the pulled pork is absolutely fantastic and I also love the hush puppies. Haven't tried all the BBQ joints in Atlanta, but of the ones I have tried this is the one I like best; better than some of those that made that Top 10 list, including Fat Matts and Dreamland, although I like their BBQ, as well.
Just about the best bbq that I have ever enjoyed, world-wide. And a great southern breakfast bisquet that will knock your socks off. Anyone travelling I-85 North of Atlanta should not miss out on this place only 3 miles off the interstate. Excellent BBQ pork chicken and beef, brunswick stew, sweet tea and cold beer.

A longtime favorite for barbecue, this simple down home pork joint continues to attract the local lunch crowd and families
looking for good, inexpensive eats. A classic BBQ shack, Harold's makes no attempt to provide gourmet comfort, but that's ...
