Huddle House Incorporated, Sandy Springs

Huddle House just opened up a new resturant in Columbia,MS 39429. I with a friend went for a late lunch on April 2,my waitress was fine but the kitchen was slow.When the food finally came delivered by another Person,which was fine,but part of the order was missing and I requested a new fork because mine was bent.That person didn't tell the anyone about it.Eating my cold fries waiting for a fork our waitress come to check on us.She got me a fork immediatelly and reordered the onion rings.The only thing I eat that was hot was the rings.After being there 45 minutes we took the rest with us.Our waitress apologied for everything but I've been there myself and understood that it wasn't her fault,we tipped her well and told her to tell tthe kitchen to tighten up.I wouldn't even bother to write except but my husband had a bad experience this morning too.I had not told him about yesterday. He left early around 5 o'clock to eat breakfast in town.At 5:25 he calls,He didn't get waited on for 19 min,when the waitress finally came over he said I got to go to work and she made a remark (paraphrasing) I quest you better go to work then.He went somewhere else. We do like Huddle House in Hattiesburg,we often meet friends there for breakfast then spend the day together. I really would like this resturant to be a success.If this happens to others it want last long.
