Excellent Food! Best italian dish I have ever had. There was an accordian player and the owner/chef came out & talked to us. The recipe for my dish had been prepared by his brother about 15 years ago for a birthday gift. It was the Chicken Fiorentina all' Arancia.

Best Italian food in Myrtle Beach

We have ate at most of the Italian restaurants in MB and none compare to Villa Romana.

Great Italian food!!

I visited from PA and ate here with some friends. The food was splendid and the atmosphere was really nice. The accordian player was a nice touch.

Will go again!!!

This little unassuming restrauant is great. Don't be fooled by the outside appearance. My wife and I both ordered the black grouper and it was the best we have ever had!!! The wait staff was great and the owner-chef came out and asked about our meal. It is a must go!!! Expect to spend at least $25/person. I will definately go again next year on vacation.

The best Italian restaurant south of Little Italy!

From the delicious food to the wonderful ambience of the strolling accordian player, Villa Romana has it all. This authentic family owned restaurant treats me like family every time I walk in the door. The accordian player, Mike, is worth the trip alone! He'll even play Stairway to Heaven (yes on the accordian!) if you ask him to!
