River City Cafe, Myrtle Beach

Best chili dog, great burger selection, and all the peanuts you can eat! This restaurant is family friendly, affordable, and has a unique atmosphere. The setting is casual with license plates on the walls and peanut shells on the floor. This is a Divine Dining Group (local chain) restaurant with multiple locations. River City is crowded during the peak season and for good reason. I prefer going there for lunch because usually there is a minimal wait. Remember to bring your Sharpie to sign the table!

Ok food, except the smoking section is backed up right to the non smoking section, which can be a problem. Kids loving throwing peanuts on the floor. However, for a more adult type place, with similar food (but not as inexpensive), try Logans.

Great food for the price! I ordered the mahi mahi reuben and it was outstanding. Great little hole-in-the-wall - very casual but wonderful for lunch when you don't want to mess with fast food.

staff is friendly and welcomes you when arrive.If you mind the peanut shells on the floor you like it, if not it is the place for you .the food is great

We go to this place everytime we are at the beach my fav is the buffalo burger its huge also like the 10% off by showing your room key if you stay at certain hotels.

Just left Myrtle Beach this week. River City was great. Awesome burgers, and any kind you want. Hand cut fries as well. We sat on the deck with a view of the ocean at Surfside Beach which was great as well. Great service and friendly. By the way.... use the coupons online...$5.95 platter.. very good value. Will go back again.
