Spring House Family Restaurant, Myrtle Beach

the owner of this resterant is the City manager for Myrtle beach.. I hope he loses his business for goin along with his cronies in the city. No Dime in 09. $400 million in lost revenue. I would never give this any business at any of their locations

Unhappy Prices: Better watch your pocket.Our food added up to $42.00, but when they brought our bill to us, it was $53.00. I didn't pay it a lot of attention, until we were on the way home and I looked at bill and noticed how much they added to it. They must of added gratuity to it. I was paying for 3 people. The waitres was an older lady, who was rude and unprofessional.We left her $5.oo and she was'nt even worth that. I believe if a waitress is profience in her job that she is worth gratuity, but this lady was not, and I feel that they should tell you before they add gratuity on. So my advice is that you better check your ticket before you leave.

We will never go back. The service was poor and the food was cold. They forgot about it and it must have sat on the counter for 30 minutes. There are so many other restaurants to enjoy.

Place ok ok...they did have birds but they were in cages when i was there. Kind of expensive and our waiter messed up alot

The food was horrible... there were birds flying all over the place, live birds, and all I could think about was their droppings falling on the tables, in the drinks and in the food... they didn't offer the family next to us safe high chairs as all they had were booster seats and a toddler sitting at a family of 10 fell out into the floor screaming, the servers looked like hookers straight out of a new orleans bordello and the prices were just too high for what they offered... a ticket to the zoo would have been a better value!

A bird was flying around and our waitress, although very nice, did not know the menu very well. The bacon was not crisp. Glad I had a $5.00 coupon but would have preferred to spend more and get better quality food. My family is sold on Plantation Pancake House.

Apparently my last post was deleted, so Ill say it again, the owners dont care about their employees or customers, dont eat here if you value your wellbeing, I have seen things that could shut this place down in a second!~

Sorry to tell you this but the food was not good at all - there were 6 in our family! We received food we did not order and returned it for something different but was charged for it any way. Didn't check out bill until after we had left. Spring House was attractive in appearance but we were sorry we had stopped.
