Spring House Family Restaurant

I recently had breakfast at Spring House Restaurant. The eggs were overcooked, cold, the grits were oversalted, pretty much a bad meal, won't be going back.

Apparently my last post was deleted, so Ill say it again, the owners dont care about their employees or customers, dont eat here if you value your wellbeing, I have seen things that could shut this place down in a second!~

Unhappy Prices: Better watch your pocket.Our food added up to $42.00, but when they brought our bill to us, it was $53.00. I didn't pay it a lot of attention, until we were on the way home and I looked at bill and noticed how much they added to it. They must of added gratuity to it. I was paying for 3 people. The waitres was an older lady, who was rude and unprofessional.We left her $5.oo and she was'nt even worth that. I believe if a waitress is profience in her job that she is worth gratuity, but this lady was not, and I feel that they should tell you before they add gratuity on. So my advice is that you better check your ticket before you leave.

the owner of this resterant is the City manager for Myrtle beach.. I hope he loses his business for goin along with his cronies in the city. No Dime in 09. $400 million in lost revenue. I would never give this any business at any of their locations

We will never go back. The service was poor and the food was cold. They forgot about it and it must have sat on the counter for 30 minutes. There are so many other restaurants to enjoy.

We love dining at the Springhouse Restaurant. The food is excellent, and the menu varied to fit any appetite. The portions are generous, the atmosphere is pleasant and the staff very accomodating. You can't beat the prices and the specials! We've have tried other restaurants in the area, but, by far, Springhouse is our favorite. If you are budgeting your vacation or have a growing family, this is the place to go--you'll get more than your money's worth!

OMG THIS RESTURAUNT IS HORRIBLE. THERE WAS NO SUGAR, BAKED POTATOES,OR CUCUMBERS. THE GREEN BEANS WERE SO OVER COOKED. THE MAC AND CHEESE ALSO WHICH IS PREPARED WITH POWDERED CHEESE. THE STEAK HAD NO SEASONING AT ALL. MY ROLL WAS COLD AND HARD. THE CONTRY FRIED STEAK WAS DISGUSTING! WE SPENT ABOUT 20 MIN IN THIS RESTURAUNT AND NEVER SAW THE WAITER AGAIN. WE HAD TO GET SOMEONE WHO CLEANS TABLES TO ASSIST US. THE ONLY TWO THINGS I CAN SAY ABOUT THIS RESTURAUNT IS THE RICE AND GRAVY WAS EDIBLE AND THE MANAGER TOOK OFF $10. MY BOYFRIEND SAYS THE SHRIMP IS GOOD. OVERALL I WOULD NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN NOT TO MENTION THIS WAS OUR VALENTINE"S DAY DINNER!!!!!!!!!!

Great Food and Atmosphere. 5 Stars Highly Recomend. Have a great Lunch special. Drink and Dessert included.

We ate here during our recent trip and the specials were great! I love the fried chicken dinner! My whole family ate and found something they liked! The prices were reasonable and service was great! Our waiter Sam was a riot! Will definately return next visit!

Place ok ok...they did have birds but they were in cages when i was there. Kind of expensive and our waiter messed up alot
