Nakato Japanese Steakhouse, Myrtle Beach

We have been to Nakato several times over the last 9 years since we moved here to SC. We absolutely love it. The food is exceptional - always scrumptious. We have found the service has always been good. The staff has always been very friendly to us. We love the onion volcano! The only problem we have is they are not open for lunch. I belong to a Ladies group that goes to different restaurants for lunch once a month and we have often wanted to go to Nakato's for that but have never been able to get them to open up for us. Go, try them you will enjoy it totally.

Great chef, attentive waitstaff, delicious food - I loved the filet mignon and the noodles were excellent.

Service left everything to be desired...long waits for EVERYTHING, drinks that never came, incorrect orders, incorrect bill, dirty seats, rude staff. We wouldn't recommend. But if you don't mind poor service -the food was great!

Excelent Lobster, Shrimp, Scallops, and SUSHI. A little pricey but well worth it. A great place to take the whole family or that special someone.
