Yeah we have been going there quite a few times. But made our last trip in august. I fell on the floor and showed them the knot and cut finger, and they didnt even have a bandade in there emerg. kit so I had to eat with a paper towel around my finger. They also told me there was nothin for me to slip on. And went around the corner and laughed about it. Didnt even ask me if I was ok or I needed help. So we wont be going back no more. Then when I did call and she answered the manger she said she would call me back on that number I called from never heard from her .Now when I call up there the manager is never there. Go Figure
This place is AWESOME! My family and I love it. We go every summer when we are on vacation in Myrtle Beach. We are looking forward to returning again. Food is great, service is excellent. The cookie pizza desert is the BEST! They will make almost any pizza!!!!! See you in the Summer of 2009
We have been going to The Filling Station for many years even before it was re-located to where it is now! We now winter in Florida and say alll the time that not only is it the best in Mryttle Beach but they need to open one in Cocoa Beach, Florida and bring the bus-boy with them! You can go there and get very full foir a very small amount of money with great variety of pizzas and sandwichesm and pasta for like $5.99 or so per person!
I have ate here several times and it is awesome. The food is great inexpensive and the one guy loves to entertain everyone and he remembers you when you come back year after year. Great place to take the whole family. Their chocolate chip pizza is very yummy.
The food is good but there is not enough of it.They let the buffet get almost empty so you dont have a good choice. If you are going to go here look into the parkng lot. If the lot is full or the place is crowded you will be ok.But if they are not too busy dont go.
I've moved to Florida, and I MISS this place! It used to be my favorite lunch spot, and place to bring the kids. The pizza is great, if you don't see what you'd like, just ask for it. They are great about making just what you'd like.
The chocolate chip pizza and Isaac make it a trip worth remembering.
We had gone to Myrtle Beach, SC for a family vacation. I am a avid coupon clipper and with 5 children to feed, we decided to visit The Filling Station Restaurant with a coupon that we had found in the Monster coupon book. We eat quite frequently at CiCi's and we thought that the idea of pizza and pasta buffet would be along the same line. All I can say is there is no comparison. The Filling Station was very clean with outstanding food. The pizza didn't stop coming out of the oven. Not once, did I go to the pizza bar and see a empty pizza pan. The employees there were friendly and stayed busy cleaning tables, and keeping the bar filled up. I liked the fact that they also offered fruit and desert pizza along with fresh fruit on the salad bar. The choc chip pizza is out of this world!!!! We not only ate there once but twice!! This was the cheapest place to eat while we were there. The cost of 2 adults and 5 children was only 35.00. We highly recommend eating here and we give the Filling Station a A++++++++++++++++++++++++ We will definately be visiting again on our next vacation. Thanks again Filling Station.
Isaac is the man! He is very friendly and cheery to all the customers which is sooo refreshing. All of the employees work very hard and the food is delicious! They have good sweet tea, salad, soup, and PIZZA! The choc chip pizza I tried one piece and then I had to go up to get more and more it was sooo melt in your mouth good. You can request a kind of pizza you want if you don't see it and the place is VERY clean. They are constantly cleaning and bringing food out. This is a very good family environment and did I mention AFFORDABLE!? So cheap, 2 adults with drinks ate all you can eat only $13!!! This is a great place for a family on a budget or if you just like good pizza!!!! We will be back when we visit Myrtle Beach again :)
WE WENT TO THIS RESTAURANT IN 2008. WHAT FUN IT WAS. THE PIZZA WAS GOOD, BUT THERE WAS A GUY WHO CLEARED THE TABLES WHO WAS FAST, FRIENDLY AND CONSTANTLY PRAISING GOD. IT WAS SO ENTERTAINING AND SOOO REFRESHING TO EXPERIENCE HIS GREAT ATTITUDE. WE ARE PLANNING TO RETURN IN JULY, 2010. WE SURE HOPE HE IS STILL THERE. AGAIN, PIZZA WAS GOOD WITH WIDE VARIETIES. A MUST DO IN MYRTLE BEACH!!!!
At the filling station you can eat as much pizza and drink as much soda/tea as you want for less than $8 a person. A great little dive for pizza and pasta. Plenty of pizza and dessert. Stop by the Filling Station for lunch and enjoy quality service and food.
