Delicious, friendly, and pricy
My wife and I decided to try the melting pot after a day spent zooming up and down the beach on a scooter. We were terribly underdressed in shorts and polo shirts, but the hostess assured us that it was fine. Our waiter was extremely friendly, he chatted with us a lot. I really felt like he was a good friend by the time we were out of there.
The food was absolutely amazing, fillet mignon w/ shrimp and chicken. You better be starving if you plan on visiting. I was stuffed about midway through the main course, but I couldn't stop, I wish I had more room in my stomach. Dessert was amazing!
In the end, the bill was just over $100 for the two of us (we had one daquiri each as well) So, it currently holds the record for priciest meal for two that I've ever had. But, all in all a good time, I wish I could afford to go back often.
