Bazen's Family Restaurant, Florence

As a transplanted Yankee, I can tell you this. If you start to eat here, you will fall in love with the South. The people, both the employees and patrons are fun to be around. You are treated with courtesy and respect. It is a warm friendly atmosphere. I like the buffet. It was the first time I had seen grits, greens, black eyed peas, corn bread, etc. on a buffet. That is what I call good home cookin. All my fellow Yankees, if you happen by Florence, stop by this restaurant for a good meal and hospitality. You'll love it.
