The char-grilled Yellowfin Tuna comes with "drunken" butter beans and white rice, Blackstrap Molasses barbecue sauce, and fried onions. They also have a section of the menu devoted entirely to grits. Try the pan-seared sea scallops, served on a pile of yellow hominy grits with shrimp, spicy hot sausage, red eye gravy, and diced tomatoes.
