I have had a problem with this store before (didn't receive my order then either), but I chalked it up to a bad night. However, today's experience influences me otherwise. I placed my order at 4:39 on 10/16 and called at 5:45 to check on the status of it. The manager (same one as before) tells me that the delivery person came to my house and the people said that they didn't order the pizza. No one ever came to my house so someone was at the wrong address. The manager then proceeds to tell me that they called my phone and spoke to me and I said that I didn't order anything. Again, no one called my phone. I even had the manager repeat the phone number used back to me. It's my phone number, but no one ever called.
The audacity of the manager to tell me that to correct the problem would take them 45 min because they have 4 orders on the screen in front of me is why I am writing here. I believe Monique needs further training in customer service or this store won't make it much longer.
