Applebee's, Moncks Corner

A coworker and I went into the MC restaurant for lunch today, March 25, 2013. The waiter was fine but the food was not. I ordered the shrimp salad and pasta lunch combination. The shrimp was raw. I asked the waiter to take it back and within seconds it was brought back still raw. My coworker ordred a salad and soup. The soup was cold, the chicken on the salad was fried (instead of grilled like she requested), and the lettuce in her salad was frozen.There were people at two other tables around us that had their orders wrong also. The waiter was very nice and apologetic. I looked for the manager but did not see one. I had to get back to work so I called and asked for the manager but was basically dismissed because I stated that the food was so bad that I would not return to the restaurant. This was very unprofessional. I paid for my food and was not asking for anything except what anyone else would expect, the right order and food that was properly cooked.
