The best fish camp ever!!! My family loves it and John Michael has a great personality. It s very clean and the prices are very affordable

Absolutely the best in the area. We drive from Hickory once a month to enjoy the flounder and jumbo shrimp. Don't know about the other reviews saying the food is greasy, it' not. the salads are also fresh and large. This area of town is where the mills were and we have never had a bad experience. This is as close to an old style fish camp as you can get. Don't change a thing.

I have eaten in several Fish camps in SC and this is by far the one of the worst place I have eaten. I had the 2 combo oysters and flounder and a salad. Salad was withered and blue cheese dressing was old tasting. Oysters 6 very small cooked like you would a chicken liver very well done. Flounder was also so overcooked and all was greasy. The service was good I have to say. The area of town was one I would never go back in but I was already there so I dinned there. I would never go back.

My family and I were visiting from Florida & tried this restaurant upon recommendation from a friend. The food was delicious - just good southern cooking served up by friendly wait staff. The owner even came out to ask us how we were & welcome us to town.

ate there two days ago really get your money worth in portions the wait staff were friendly and seemed to really love what they do sidenote...ask for jo or frances

Visit for the first time last week and the food was really good. Didn't care for the table and chair arrangement, but other than that, NO complaints whatsoever! :) I would recommend eating here to others! Definately!

Worth the trip to Gaffney!

My husband and I went out to eat with friends this evening for the first time. This place is off the hook! Most of the resteraunts we got to average out to about 10$ per person five of us ate LARGE meals for a little over 30$! The food was exceptionally well cooked, the waitresses were actually smiling and seemed glad to be there. This is a really nice resteraunt to take the family and ewnjoy a night out. We will definatly be going back! Not to mention the gas is 1.73 per gallon on the main strip of hwy 11, I think thats Peachtree st?
