South China Restaurant, Clinton

Anyone eating at this restaurant should always ask for a receipt. I ordered 6 dinners to go, but when I got home there were only 4 dinners in the bag (all of which I paid for). I called and spoke to the guy who runs the place and he basically called me a liar and hung up on me. A coworker of mine says that when he asked the guy behind the counter for a receipt he was told that he's only required to give receipts customers if they pay with credit cards. I've spoken to several people who have noticed that they never get a receipt when they order food from this restaurant. The food is ok, but sometimes its not seasoned well.
