IHOP Restaurant, Asheville

Hands down, the worst dining experience I have ever had at this restaurant. I see that there is new management and servers. I had ord d. the senior omelette with ham & cheese. It came with two slices of half melted cheese on top. Ugh ! Never did get the pancakes. When I complained they gave me a 10% discount. Not very filling. My lady friend ord d. a Spinach Melt sandwich which she said was tasty but very sloppy, to much filling and to little bread. In general just a very poorly run restaurant. Servers did their best to ignore you when they knew something was wrong.

We ate dinner at this IHOP after touring the Biltmore Estate. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal -- fish and chips and a breakfast package... Our waitress, Amy, was excellent. If we would be here another day, we would definitely return! Clean restaurant and restrooms and quick and great service.
