Stick with the basics here, nice atmosphere
I agree with other writers that if you come here to dine, please come with time to spare! The service during my last visit was INCREDIBLY slow and our server disappeared for 15-20 minutes at a time. We asked for a to-go box and waited 15 minutes for that, not realizing we would have to wait another 10 minutes for the check. UGH!
I have been to Province 620 several times, with co-workers and with friends. I have had food from the lunch menu and from the dinner menu as well.
What I have discovered is that while the restaurant offers a pretty nice variety of food, it is sometimes difficult to guess what foods are prepackaged and what foods are prepared in house.
Stick with the basic foods and I think everyone will be satisfied. The last time I went, I ordered chicken marsala. The marsala sauce tasted like brown gravy with extra seasonings added to it (prepackaged). The times I have ordered a sandwich or a burger, they were excellent.
Upon this visit we had shrimp skewers for appetizers; they were well seasoned, but overcooked. My companion had a huge steak and fries and seemed more than content with his food.
So, if you have a choice - think about it.
