I had a HORRIBLE experience here. After a long week of work I went out to dinner. After an hour and a half of waiting, we finally asked about our slices. They apologized, and I understand things happen. I have worked in the Food Industry. The CO-OWNER (Peter) brought our slices to us. They were burnt on the bottom and the toppings had just been thrown on and not cooked with the pizza. Peter saw my unhappy face and asked Are you okay and I replied Well, we have been waiting a long time and.... He then cut me off and threw his arm in the air and yelled WELL! TAKE A LOOK AROUND, WE ARE BUSY, HELLOOO? I was shocked, and very upset someone would speak to me that way. I am a paying regular customer. I was so upset and embarassed of his outburst, yelling at me in front of other customers that I asked for our money back. He was making a face towards me. Almost like So what? what are you going to do about it? Very childish. I will never eat here again, and I will make sure my friends don t either. I know it s great pizza but seriously, why would you want to support a place that potentially treats their customers that way when they are feeling stressed? One of the employees actually came up to me and apologized again and he said I am so sorry, he talks to us all that way I WILL NOT SUPPORT A PLACE THAT TREATS THEIR EMPLOYEES LIKE DIRT! I have NEVER in my life been treated that way at a restaurant. WOW! That is all! MARCO s is WAAAY BETTER!!!!!
