Casa Rustica is Boone"s authentic Italian restaurant since 1981. We offer a wide selection of entrees including fresh pastas, chicken, veal, seafood and steaks. Our nightly specials complement our menu and our homemade desserts are not to be missed. Visit the La Bouca Lounge where the menu offers original sandwiches and flat-bread pizzas. AWESOME! Was referred by the Front Desk of the Hotel I stayed in. The best spinach lasagna I have ever had! They make their own lasagna noodles which made it even better. Great atmosphere and great food. I highly recommend you stop by and eat if you're ever in the area.

Fair food, slow service. Older building badly in need of sprucing up. There are much better Italian restaurants in the area.

Best Italian Food In the High Country!: The Food and dining experience was wonderful!...I have never had better lasagna in my life (no exageration) Everything from the breads and salad to the main course was incredible. 5 STARS

Wonderful Time, great service and food, definitely

Location easy to find, near hotels. Fantastic food and very friendly locals. The service was great, the hostess, our waitress and the others. We'll definitely try to return on our next visit to Boone, NC. Only complaint, the parking lot was full but that's a good thing.

This place is delicious. I don't think there is any better Italian food in the Boone area. I would eat there every night if I wasn't a poor college student... If you're up for a weekend or just looking for a romantic place to take your woman...this is the place. Menu Prices really aren't that bad for this type of dining. Expect to pay $10-$15 a plate. Life doesn't get much better than this.

Wonderful food, Romantic atmosphere!

If you like Italian this is the place to go...they also make great steaks! The price for the atmosphere is comperable and a great value for anyone looking for a romantic evening in the Boone area!
