Food not bad but not the best. Food comes out quick and hot as most mexican restaurants do. Prices realistic and the food portions good. The staff was attentive but seemed like they were going out of there way to serve you.
By far one of the best Mexican restaurants I've ever been to!
I ordered a chimichanga. When I cut through the chimichanga, I realized the chef had actually used REAL beef, (not hamburger meat with cheap taco seasoning). The wrap itself was perfectly/very lightly fried, not drecnched in oil nor greasy, very impressed.
The staff was very down to earth and friendly, however when it was time for the check to come, I ended up waiting for quite awhile.
My family and I came here for dinner while on vacation and the food was great! The waiters and waitress' were really nice, although our waitress spilt my water and it went all over me. They were really nice though and I did get my meal for free after that incident.
Was not real happy with the service. About the only spoken words were smoking or non smoking then felt as on our own. Had to wait at least five minutes for the bill, whick came out of a waiter's front pocket. Not no thank you or come agian even from the cashier. Looking for a super value look no further, but do your self a favor and just do lunch....
Best place to eat on Pleasure Island. The food is great. The magarita's are good. The service needs to be improved, but it is tolerable. I would recommend it for lunch over dinner because of the service. They have lunch specials too!
Service was horrible. We had to request silverware after food had arrived, which took over thirty minuetes to come out (despite the fact that the order was very small). Ordered the queso (which cost three dollars). Not only was the bowl extremely small but it was practically just milk with a hint of cheese, it had the consistency of water.
Also, the chicken that was in the tortillas was not even seasoned, which resulted in a bland meal. I am usually a good tipper, but for the first time in my life I left $0.
