Paddy's Hollow, Wilmington

My wife and I support Paddy’s Hollow along with all the local businesses

My husband and I just ate at Paddy's Hollow tonight. I really love this place. I had the ribs, steak, and shrimp combo, and my husband had the fish 'n' chips. The ribs were excellent and my husband LOVED the fish. The service was by far the best I have had in quite some time. I highly reccomend Paddy's Hollow.

Good atmosphere, good beer, and decent service..to say the food was lacking would be a compliment. The problem started when we ordered chicken wings as an appetizer. The wings came out very cold in the center, sent them back and got another order.. only to have them come out the exact same way again. Then the main courses arrived, my wife's steak sandwich ordered medium rare came out well done and my selection could have been better prepared by an applebee's kitchen. They were very accommodating to the fact that our meal was bad, but definitely would not recommend this location for anything more than a glass of beer. ALSO a couple came in while we were eating and was seated... 20 minutes went by and not one restaurant employee even approached their table.

Give up the BRUNCH, but go there for LUNCH! this is the best food at a reasonable price in downtown Wilmington, parking is free as it's in The Cotton Exchange and the servers are all wonderful helpful people. Their lunch and dinner is fabulous, best crab dip HANDS DOWN in coastal NC as well as the best French Onion Soup. Chicken is always tender, fries are always crisp and you KNOW it's in clean oil. Burgers Huge and Tasty. It is just not an eggs and hashbrowns kinda brunch, but Wilmington's BEST LUNCH!

We love Paddy’s Hollow. My husband and I like the old time atmosphere and the food. My favorite is there Cajun crab cake.

I always enjoy the food at Paddy's Hollow but since I'm not a tourist I'm not that impressed. The crab melt is great and the service is usually good but the prices are a little much for me and I don't think they have all that much to offer. Great experience for those that don't live in this area because it's fun but that's about it.

not bad, decent menu, atmosphere is alright, i'll give it a bit above average, but it wasn't something to write home about either. Nothing to complain about, but nothing that really stood out either.

My husband and I love the historic past of Paddy's Hollow. The food is great. I love the shrimp po'boy sandwhich and the potato salad is the best in town!

The Crab Melt was not good. Maybe it was an off day...

We found this place in the Cotton Exchange while visiting Wilmington. The food and service was good, no complaints. They have a lot of collector�s items sitting around on shelf�s. Very nice place.
