Love, LOVE this restaurant. Service is always good, though sometimes the kitchen can run slow (they are ALWAYS packed on weekends-get there early). Even the decor is great, real authentic feel, complete with sculptures and an outside zen garden. Watch out for the drinks, they are strong! At $8 bucks a pop you certainly get your money's worth. Finally, the food is amazing and the portions are pretty large. I've never had a bad dish and we've been there at least a dozen times. We bring all our out-of-town guests there and they leave raving fans. I highly recommend the Indochine experience to all. One word of caution, we like our food spicy and can usually never get it hot enough when we eat out. You won't have that problem at Indochine, the medium spicy is just fine. Be careful if you order it Thai Spicy, it's just uncomfortably hot!
Difficult to find a Thai/Indian restaurant that fits the bill but this one is wonderful. Prices are slightly higher than I have seen in other places but the portions are large enough to share. They have great sweet N sour chicken so even the kids will like it. Service was some of the best I have expernienced lately.
Heaven. One of the best meals ever. Fun decor, great service, delicious food! Try the jasmine team, tom kha gai (coconut milk chicken soup), Vietnamese summer rolls and the Happy Asian Melody (so much food we split it)!
This restaurant was recommended to us by many different people so therefore, we were really anxious and excited to go have dinner there. We made reservations and got seated immediately when we arrived. It was nicely decorated and had many attributes that reminded us of our heritage. Other than the atmosphere, there is not much I can say about this place that is good. Our service was horrible. It took a while for the waitress to come and greet us and from here, it was down hill. The food was mediocre. We have papaya salad all the time and what we ordered as papaya salad did not look nor taste like any papaya salad we've had before. We ordered several different dishes and were not impressed with anything that we got. All in all, I was really disappointed and did not feel as though any of the food was authentic. We have family that are both thai and vietnamese and we eat this food all the time so yes, we have had real authentic food. I would like to think that it was just a one time bad experience with bad service but even if the service was better, the food was nothing to write home about.
