Ate at Salt Works II last Friday 3/25/11. We had a party of 7 (locals and out of town guests). Went early to beat the busy Friday night rush. Seated promptly. Waitor was fantastic, could answer any questions regarding the menu and food prep. We opted for the fried green tomatoes as a starter and then we all ordered dinners. 2 of us had the brisket special, 1 fried chicken, 1 salmon patties, 2 crab cakes, 1 had a burger. All of us were more than happy! Well prepared food, very good. Great fried okra & fried green tomatoes!!!!! The reduced balsamic & feta on the tomatoes was a perfect touch. In fact, that won over a few doubters in our party so we will double our tomato order next visit. We will be back and we will tell others to give it a try.
