Ruby Tuesday, Wilmington

My family and I frequented Ruby Tuesday at various locations quite often. We eat out about ten times a week -- lunch and/or dinner. Usually the service is good and the salad bar is fine. The last time I went to the Military Cutoff location about six months ago, I ordered steak medium rare and got it well-done. I just ate a small piece and waited for the waitress to return; she never came back until my sons were through with their meals. By then it was too late to change it but I told her about it. She did not offer dessert and my boys actually wanted something so we just went someplace else for dessert. I complained to them online and received an auto-message saying someone would be in touch with me. No one contacted me. I spoke to the manager and he said someone from the district office would be in touch with me but no one contacted me. I wrote again, explained the whole thing again, received another auto-response .... nothing. I complained a fourth time and same thing. Received an auto-response .... No one has contacted me to this day. I have not been back since and will never go back there again ever. It seems Ruby Tuesday does not value their customers.

The best Ruby Tuesday in town, mature wait staff, great food, good location. I eat here about once a month, have never seen anything dirty. The worst thing I can say is that the greeting area is too small for a restaurant this size, you end up in a crowd if too many people show up at the same time.

Too bad they just can't get it right! We walked in and the hostess was too busy on the phone to greet & seat us. Another couple came in after us and the hostess got a disgusted look on her face. Finally the waiter came over and took us to a table. Salad bar was decent although the choices of dessert fruit were grapes, grapes & more grapes. This location suffers from poor management. Parent company doesn't care!
